Your happiness is our priority and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days for a refund.  While we don't offer exchanges at this time, you're welcome to return the product and start a new order on our website as soon you're ready.

Returns:

  • We accept returns initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

Refunds:

  • The refund amount will be exclusive of the original shipping costs and taxes paid.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned good(s), we will notify you via email of the approval / rejection of the return.
  • Once approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed and to appear in your account.

Shipping for Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the goods.
  • Our customer support will be able to assist with the return shipping instructions depending on your location.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact our friendly customer support team at support@phi.fit to initiate the return process.  They'll provide you with instructions and answer any questions you may have.
  2. Package the item securely with your proof of purchase and send it to the address provided.
  3. We will notify you upon receipt of your returned item(s).

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Sale and clearance items.
  • Worn or used items.
