We offer free shipping on all orders that meet the minimum order value for the specific country you're shipping to. We offer free express shipping if your order exceeds the following order amounts per destination country:
Hong Kong: Free for all orders
Australia: $250 AUD
Singapore: $200 SGD
United Kingdom: £150 GBP
United States: $175 USD

For orders that fall below the free shipping minimum, we try our best to subsidize shipping fees so that you only pay a discounted flat rate for priority shipping. Please check the shipping rates during check out as they may change from time to time.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
Our policy is to have the order processed and on its way as quickly as possible once placed.
The sooner we are notified of an address change, the better chance we have of catching it and updating it before the order ships. Unfortunately, once the order ships, we are unable to change the address.
Once your order ships, a tracking number from the courier service will be sent to you. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the status of your order and its location throughout the delivery process.
Once you have placed your order, please allow up to 24 hours for us to process it and generate a tracking number for you.
Please double-check your purchase before submitting the order. Once an order is placed with us, we are unfortunately unable to make changes to the order.

At PHiFiT, we believe in responsible production and strive to implement sustainable practices throughout our supply chain. This includes closely monitoring demand and optimizing our inventory to reduce overproduction and wastage. Of course, this also means that certain items may occasionally be out of stock if demand spikes unexpectedly.
If an item is temporarily unavailable, we encourage you to contact our customer service team so that we can restock your missing item with priority.
For orders outside of Hong Kong SAR, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable custom duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country upon delivery of your order.
Our prices do not include these additional charges, which are determined by the destination country's customs authorities based on the contents and value of your shipment.
Please note that we have no control over these third-party custom fees, and cannot predict or influence the amount you may be required to pay. If you have further questions, feel free to reach out to our customer support team about your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us! You have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The item should be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please allow us up to 14 days to process your return after we receive it.

Although we don’t have a direct exchange process at this time, you can simply return the original product following our returns process, and place a new order whenever you’re ready.
Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund within 14 days.
